Our expertise

CTE Engineering (CTE group) is an experienced office specializing in the design and the calculation of foundations for wind turbines.

Our special knowledge is to design foundations for a certain wind farm and adapted to the geotechnical situation in place. We consider the local and international standards as well as the special indications for wind turbines.

CTE has designed foundations for more than 3320 wind turbines (6480 MW), starting in 2003. We served all kinds of clients and manufacturers worldwide. The projects are located in Europe (France, Belgium, Greece, Turkey, Rumania, Poland), Canada, Africa (Morocco, Algeria, Ethiopia), South America (Brazil, Mexico) and Asia (Vietnam, Thailand).

Through projects with important clients such as GDF SUEZ, EDF ENR, E.ON, CEZ, VERGNET, NAREVA, ENEL, EDP, IBERDROLA and many more …, we have developed a vast know-how with different types of machines. Machines we worked with came from; VESTAS, REPOWER, ECOTECNIA, GE ENERGY, NORDEX, EVIAG, FUHRLÄNDER, ALSTOM, GAMESA, ACCIONA, SIEMENS, EICB, VERGNET...
